LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking Seasonal Event Staff to support concerts, festivals, and other events across Minneapolis. You will help guests, direct traffic, manage parking operations, and assist with crowd movement in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; training is provided and opportunities exist for growth within LAZ Parking.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned events.

• Guest Service: Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
• Provide directions and event information as appropriate.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer guest questions and assist in resolving concerns.
• Event Operations: Assist with parking operations and vehicle flow.
• Direct guests and traffic safely throughout event areas.
• Monitor designated event locations and report operational issues.
• Assist with crowd movement and pedestrian safety.
• Support ingress and egress operations before and after events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
