Job summary

LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Seasonal Event Supervisor to lead parking and guest-service operations at concerts, sports events, festivals, and other special events. You will oversee frontline event staff, coordinate staffing, traffic flow, and guest interactions to ensure safe, efficient operations and a high-quality guest experience.

This temporary seasonal role requires energy, clear communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience leading teams, coordinating operations, or serving in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support seasonal event staff during assigned events.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate event expectations.
• Assign work areas and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with training and onboarding new event staff.
