Job summary

LAZ Parking in Minneapolis is seeking Seasonal Event Staff to join our team behind the scenes at concerts, festivals, sports events, and more. You’ll assist guests, direct traffic, manage parking operations, and help with crowd flow to ensure safe, smooth experiences for attendees.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced outdoor environment. We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with paid training and opportunities for growth within LAZ Parking.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
• Preferred: experience in events, hospitality or related fields.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions and event information.
• Direct guests and manage parking operations and vehicle flow.
• Monitor event locations and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with crowd movement and pedestrian safety.
• Support ingress and egress operations before and after events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
