Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is hiring a Seasonal Concession Associate to serve beverages, food and merchandise during events at venues like MSG and Radio City.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, handling transactions and assisting with setup and teardown of selling areas. The position is part-time and event-driven, requiring flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Must be able to handle transactions without a register.
• Must be comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to complete daily and nightly inventory. Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays.
• Bartending license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixes, garnishes, and services alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Selling various food, beverage & merchandise items throughout the theatre and front-of-house.
• Prepare display merchandise & sell products to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist stand leads and supervisors in the set-up of the assigned selling area.
• Verify cash bank, complete and sign a cashier’s worksheet in the money room.
• Notify the Team Lead of product that requires replenishment during an event.
• Have a working knowledge of the theatre policies and important locations, e.g. restrooms, telephones, medical, security, etc.
• Answer and direct guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist Team Lead in the closing down of concession and bar areas at the conclusion of an event.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to health dept. standards.
