Qualifications

• Must have NYC Board of Health compliant knowledge and training ability.
• 60 college credits or equivalent development; NYC Food Protection Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect locations and report cleanliness, food quality, inventory, and incidents.
• Open/close stands and supervise staff during events.
• Oversee stand operations, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
• Conduct monthly audits, daily inventories, and staff training.
• Ensure timely, high-quality guest orders and on-site sanitation.
