Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking a Concessions Specialist to serve beverages during events at MSG venues. The role includes taking orders, mixing drinks, and handling merchandise and food/beverage sales in seating and concourse areas.

Candidates should have bartending experience, a bartender license is a plus, and prior server work is beneficial. The position requires a friendly, high-energy team player able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender; bartender license a plus.
• Previous server experience is beneficial.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Friendly and outgoing; creates welcoming guest spaces.
• Ability to process transactions without a traditional cash register.
• Comfort with open doors and weather conditions during events.
• Strong communication and teamwork across shifts.
• Ability to perform inventory tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Open and close concessions, merchandise, and bar areas as needed.
• Assist guests in selecting items and answer questions.
• Take orders from patrons and serve beverages.
• Process transactions in selling areas and seating areas.
• Sell/deliver alcoholic beverages within guidelines.
• Notify leadership when stock needs replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of venue locations and safety procedures.
