Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle transactions without a cash register.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to complete daily and nightly inventory.
• Flexible schedule: at least 4 days/nights per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to rotate positions within a shift.
• Part-time, event-driven role.
• Bartending license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixes, garnishes, and services alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Sell food, beverages, and merchandise throughout the theatre.
• Prepare display merchandise and sell to patrons.
• Assist stand leads and supervisors with setup.
• Verify cash bank and cashier's worksheet.
• Notify Team Lead of product replenishment.
• Know theatre policies and important locations.
• Answer and direct patrons courteously.
• Assist in closing down concession and bar areas.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
• Maintain Health Dept. standards.
• Adhere to TEAM training guidelines.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and adhere to appearance guidelines.
