Job summary

Tesla seeks a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site role at our Eugene, Oregon location. You will welcome guests, explore their needs, and build personalized profiles to guide their Tesla journey.

You will educate guests with tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations, and conduct delivery orientations to ensure confidence and excitement about their vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Passionate about Tesla mission and EV trends.
• Ability to understand and convey business and technical concepts.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversation to understand who they are, what brought them to Tesla, and their intent and timeline for purchase—building a complete and personalized customer profile.
• Inspire and educate guests with a tailored product experience, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations aligned with their interests.
• Conduct engaging delivery orientations, highlighting key features and benefits to ensure new owners feel confident and excited.
• Support sales pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
