Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador at our Oak Brook studio. You will welcome guests, gather lead information, and guide visitors through test-drive scheduling while representing the Lucid brand with enthusiasm.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, prior customer-facing experience, and familiarity with Salesforce. This seasonal role supports studio operations and may require extended holiday mall hours.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old minimum.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture leads and interactions in CRM for follow‑ups.
• Conduct needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Explain features, pricing and vehicle options to guests.
• Assist with test drive coordination and showroom cleanliness.
