Job summary

Merchology seeks an Embroidery Machine Operator for our PA Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This seasonal role (October through January) focuses on precise customization of apparel and gifts, operating multi-head Wilcom embroidery equipment and other production machines.

You will hoop, prepare goods, thread, and read production orders with attention to detail. You will work on the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday) at our onsite facility, maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine and other production equipment.
• Hoop and prep soft goods for embroidery; thread machine and change needles.
• Read and execute production work orders with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and supervisors.
