Job summary

Merchology, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for its Production team at our Plymouth, MN facility. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and drives quality decoration of premium branded products on the Wilcom embroidery machine.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can lift up to 25 pounds, and uses basic computer skills to manage work orders. This onsite position offers generous benefits and a collaborative, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• Knowledge of English language to understand safety and training requirements and review and process work orders.

Responsibilities

• Run a multi-head Wilcom Embroidery Machine safely and accurately.
• Stand at a workstation with ergonomic flooring mats for safety.
• Hoop and prepare soft goods for embroidery.
• Thread machine and change needles with hand-eye coordination.
• Read and execute production work orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor proper functioning of the embroidery machine.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Perform additional projects or duties as assigned.
