Job summary

Merchology in Plymouth, MN is hiring for a temporary embroidery operator on the second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). You will safely run a Wilcom embroidery machine and prepare soft goods at a standing workstation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• Knowledge of English to understand safety and training requirements and to review and process work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine safely and successfully.
• Hoop and prepare soft goods to run on an embroidery machine.
• Thread the machine and change needles, using hand-eye coordination.
• Read and properly execute production work orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor the proper functioning of the embroidery machine.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Perform additional projects or duties as assigned.
