Responsibilities

• Operate a Barudan 15-head embroidery machine, read work orders, load and program the machine.
• Troubleshoot embroidery issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Hoop 200-450 hats per shift depending on experience.
• Ensure accurate logo placement, color matching, and embellishment quality.
• Maintain safety standards and report safety concerns.
• Communicate questions or concerns to the floor lead or supervisor.
• Participate in special projects and maintain positive relationships aligned with core values.
