Job summary

Merchology is seeking a seasonal Embroidery Machine Operator for our PA Operations team. The role runs October through January and reports to the Operations Supervisor. You will ensure high-quality customization of our products with precision and safety.

Responsibilities include operating Wilcom embroidery machinery, hooping, reading work orders, and maintaining a clean workstation. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 25 pounds, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• Knowledge of English to understand safety and training requirements and review work orders.

Responsibilities

• Run a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine and other production machines.
• Stand at a workstation with ergonomic floor mats.
• Hoop and prepare soft goods for embroidery.
• Thread machine and change needles with hand-eye coordination.
• Read and execute production work orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor the embroidery machine operation.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.
