Job summary

Merchology, LLC in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks an Embroidery Machine Operator for our PA Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the operator will ensure high-quality customization of products on a Wilcom multi-head embroidery machine in a standing, ergonomic workstation.

This seasonal role runs October through January, with a 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include preparing goods, threading, reading work orders, and maintaining a clean, safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• Knowledge of English to understand safety and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine and other production equipment.
• Stand at a workstation with ergonomic mats for safety and comfort.
• Hoop and prepare soft goods for embroidery.
• Thread machine, change needles, and read production orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist as needed.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and supervisors.
