Job summary

L2 Brands in Hanover, PA is seeking an Embroidery Operator for the 1st shift to run a Barudan multi-head machine and ensure high-quality embroidery on headwear while meeting daily production metrics.

You will read work orders, program and load the machine, perform basic maintenance, hoop 200–450 hats per shift, and collaborate with the Embroidery Supervisor to maintain safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Operate a Barudan 15-head embroidery machine and read/interpret work orders.
• Maintain high-quality embroidery with precise logo placement and color accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, oiling, threading and troubleshooting.
• Hoop 200–450 hats per shift, depending on experience and workload.
• Adhere to safety standards and report concerns promptly to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Embroider front, side, and rear locations on specified headwear.
• Program and load embroidery files, monitor tensions, and adjust as needed.
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with supervisor and floor leads on process improvements.
