Job summary

Merchology in Plymouth, MN is hiring for a temporary embroidery operator on the second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). You will safely run a Wilcom embroidery machine and prepare soft goods at a standing workstation.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, basic computer skills to read work orders, and English proficiency for safety and training. Merchology offers generous PTO, company holidays, a 401(k) with match, health and dental options, FSA/HSA,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• Knowledge of English to understand safety and training requirements and to review and process work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine safely and successfully.
• Hoop and prepare soft goods to run on an embroidery machine.
• Thread the machine and change needles, using hand-eye coordination.
• Read and properly execute production work orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor the proper functioning of the embroidery machine.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Perform additional projects or duties as assigned.

Job Type: Temporary

Responsibilities

• Run a multi‑head Wilcom Embroidery Machine safely and successfully
• Work at a standing workstation with ergonomic floor mats for safety and comfort
• Hoop and prepare soft goods to run on an embroidery machine
• Use hand‑eye coordination to thread the machine and change needles
• Read and properly execute production work orders and instructions
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
• Monitor the proper functioning of the assigned embroidery machine
• Keep the workstation clean and organized
• Perform additional projects or duties as assigned
