Job summary

The National MS Society seeks up to 13 seasonal, remote Constituent Experience Center team members to provide donor and event support across channels, starting December 7, 2026 or January 19, 2027, through late May 2027.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, researching issues, and maintaining records while collaborating with staff. Requires strong communication, customer service, and technical skills, with a focus on accurate data and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BA/BS preferred; more experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to be creative, set priorities, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service with a patient, professional attitude under pressure.
• Strong technical abilities with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and other channels; resolve donations, fundraising, and event questions.
• Maintain timely, accurate records of completed work.
• Identify prospects for increased giving and share findings with staff.
• Keep up-to-date with Society tools, websites, browsers, apps, and processes.
• Support team members by sharing information and using online messaging tools.
• Assist with other areas and duties as assigned.
