Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and coordination of DIY Fundraising and Finish MS programs.
• Manage logistics and fulfillment activities, including collateral, supplies, medals, apparel, promotional items, and invoicing.
• Assist with planning and execution of Finish MS event dinners, mixers, and other participant engagement activities.
• Conduct campaign intake calls and ensure new fundraising campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to event organizers, participants, donors, and staff.
