Job summary

National MS Society is seeking up to 13 Seasonal Constituent Experience Center team members for remote, temporary work during the upcoming fundraising season. Positions run from December 7, 2026 or January 19, 2027 and end in late May 2027.

Responsibilities include handling donor inquiries, registrations, and event details via phone, email, and other channels, while maintaining accurate records and supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BA/BS preferred; in lieu of a degree, some college with at least 2 years of related experience will be considered.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be creative, set priorities, make quick and sound decisions, problem solve, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient, positive, professional attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional inbound and outbound service to donors and event participants via phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve problems and provide information related to donations, fundraising, online tools, registration, and event experience.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of completed work.
• Identify prospects for increased giving or engagement and share findings promptly with staff.
• Stay up to date with relevant software, internet applications, sites, tools and policies.
• Support team members by sharing timely information and using online messaging tools.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
