You’ll participate in stocking, merchandising, and omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS, while supporting store recovery and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise appearance to meet Brand Promises
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
