YoungLA is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to provide friendly, helpful, and personalized support, going beyond answering questions to own issues and create memorable experiences.

You will assist customers via email, phone, and other channels, handle orders, shipping, returns, and product questions, and collaborate with warehouses and teams to resolve concerns.

The role emphasizes human interaction, empathy, and proactive problem solving to exceed customer expectations.

Formación
