A day in the life includes welcoming customers, understanding needs, guiding to services, assisting with inventory, and supporting event execution. Light cleaning and opening/closing duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by storytelling and engaging a diverse audience.
• Understand customer needs and connect them to services (Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping).
• Communicate professionally including answering phones and emails.
• Support back-of-house processes like inventory management and maintaining organization.
• Assist with event execution and RSVPs, and manage door greeter duties.
• Open and close the building on some shifts and perform light cleaning duties.
