Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal contract in the CVICU. This per diem role requires adaptability, cross-unit coverage, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Candidates must be an ASN-licensed RN in Florida with BLS/ACLS/PALS; NRP as applicable. The assignment spans 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, with 36 weekly hours and weekend coverage during the agreement period.

Qualifications

• ASN and FL RN license with eligibility to practice in Florida.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP dependent upon unit.
• Minimum two years of related RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed and assigned.
• Work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Provide patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner.
