Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal ICU contract. Per Diem, 6:30A–7P, with a 12-hour shift schedule and weekend coverage in a hospital setting in Boca Raton, FL.

This Direct Patient Care RN role requires a Florida-licensed RN with 2+ years of experience, ASN preferred, and applicable BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications. The program emphasizes flexible staffing and rapid integration into ICU teams.

Qualifications

• ASN or RN licensure in Florida
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care and apply evidence-based practice standards
• Float to all hospital areas as needed
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (total 36 hours/week)
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO or Baptist Health South Florida benefits
