Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital seeks a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for the CVICU on a seasonal, per diem basis. The role covers a 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM shift, with 36 hours weekly, and requires ASN with FL RN license plus BLS/ACLS/PALS (NRP per unit).

Candidate must commit to 12/16/18/24 week terms, float to all areas, and support a team-focused, evidence-based care environment.

Qualifications

• ASN degree and RN license in FL.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS are required (NRP dependent on unit).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in CVICU for seasonal pool nurses.
• Float to hospital areas as needed and work three 12-hour shifts weekly.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-family centered care.
