Job summary

Baptist Health’s Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal, per diem Cath Lab contract. The role features 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts, with 12- to 24-week options in the Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool.

Qualified candidates will bring 2+ years of Cath Lab RN experience, BLS/ACLS (PALS/NRP optional per unit), ASN and FL RN licensure. The position is temporary and does not include PTO or participation in standard Baptist Health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Cath Lab RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS required.
• ASN and RN license to practice in FL; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are temporary positions with no PTO or eligibility for Baptist Health South Florida benefits.
