Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Step Down unit on a seasonal, per diem contract (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). The role requires ASN and FL RN licensure, with BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as applicable, and at least 2 years of RN experience.

You will float to all hospital areas as needed, work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the agreement period, and will not accrue PTO during the Seasonal Nursing Pool term.

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse in FL; relevant licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Cardiovascular Step Down areas.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
