Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal contract in the Marcus Neuro Institute ICU. Per Diem schedule 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts. This is a highly specialized pool role designed to cover ICU needs during peak periods.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and a minimum of 2 years in acute care. Nurses will float to various hospital units within the pool and must commit to 12–24 week terms, with three shifts

Qualifications

• Active FL RN license
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• ASN degree or higher
• Vaccination and safety training

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU settings
• Float to hospital areas as needed
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week plus every other weekend
• Per diem schedule within Marcus Neuro Institute ICU
