Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal, per diem ICU contract working 6:30P–7:00A. The role requires FL RN licensure, current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable and the ability to float to all hospital areas.

Contract options include 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks with three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, totaling 36 hours weekly. Seasonal staff are not eligible for standard Baptist Health South Florida benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida RN license with current and active status.
• Two years minimum RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU per unit standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed and maintain professional accountability.
