Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Seasonal Nursing Pool Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across hospital units in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role involves floating to all areas as needed, working three twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend for a total of 36 hours weekly during a 12- to 24-week contract period. EOE and eligibility required.

Qualifications

• ASN and licensed RN eligible to practice in FL.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (AHA/Red Cross).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across hospital units.
• Float to all areas as needed per assignment.
• Deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based practice.
