The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Memphis, TN to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Responsibilities include engaging customers with the Rewards program, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and adhering to SOPs while promoting a positive store environment.

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards
• Encourage Rewards program enrollments and private label card sign-ups
• Educate about Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and collect feedback
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain merchandise and handle returns/go-backs to keep store in-stock
• Perform in-store stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence
• Interact respectfully with customers and colleagues; uphold company values
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
