Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member in Bristol, TN to assist customers, stock merchandise, and support store operations. You will help shoppers locate products, ring up purchases, and participate in truck unloading and replenishment tasks to keep shelves in stock.

This role requires basic cash handling, friendly communication, and reliability for evenings, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise stocking in the store.
• Maintain store recovery standards and execute planograms (POGs).
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
