Greet clients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Schedule and manage client appointments.
Distribute completed tax returns and assist clients with general front-office needs.
Perform a variety of computer-based administrative projects.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general office organization.
Learn and assist with investment-industry-related forms, procedures, and processes.
Work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek assistance.
Provide professional and courteous service to clients at all times.
Personable, friendly, professional demeanor.
Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional office environment.
Professional in dress and appearance.
Strong computer skills with solid Microsoft Excel proficiency.
