Forward Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal full-time position running from September through March. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and in person, process orders, and maintain accurate records for our home-heating and propane business.

This on-site role requires strong communication, data entry, and teamwork to ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is expected.
