Irving Oil is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Representative to handle heating oil, propane, and diesel inquiries. You will act as the primary contact for customers, updating account information and resolving issues while delivering accurate product information.

The role requires teamwork, weekend availability, and strong multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Benefits include paid vacation, annual bonus, and wellness support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ADDS software experience is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience working in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
• Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solving customer concerns.
• Providing accurate information on products and services as well as educating customers on our products and services.
• Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded.
• Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries.
• Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required.
