Job summary

Beaudry Oil & Propane in Elk River is seeking a friendly Seasonal Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for customers by phone, email, and in person, handling orders and inquiries with a focus on service quality.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced office. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., September through April, with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of related experience or training.
• Experience working with customers or the public preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and account info.
• Provide courteous service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Enter orders and service requests accurately.
• Verify pricing, billing, delivery information and status.
• Build relationships with customers and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and company records.
• Stay informed about products, services, and offers.
