Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to customers by handling inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service.
• Update and verify customer account information and resolve concerns.
• Explain products/services and educate customers.
• Perform account maintenance and ensure records are up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to follow up on inquiries.
