Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Danville, VA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will assist with cashiering, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions to meet our Brand Promises.

You will participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, enroll customers in rewards and private label credit programs, and help with VOC surveys.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Handle checkouts and cashiering to standards.
• Perform truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with Rewards program enrollments and VOC survey involvement.
