Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; handle go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
