Job summary

Michaels Stores in Nash-BRENTWOOD, TN is hiring for a Store Team Member focused on delivering friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will help customers locate products, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and support store recovery and merchandising efforts.

Responsibilities include assisting with truck unloads, stocking, and engaging customers with rewards programs while upholding SOPs and safety standards. Flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and manage merchandise returns/go-back process.
• Support store recovery and safety programs as assigned.
• Interact respectfully; promote the organization’s vision and values.
