Michaels in Seattle, WA is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused team member to help customers find products and provide fast, accurate checkout with cash handling to standards. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in‑stock conditions to support our brand promises.

Role includes engagement in Omni‑channel processes (Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store), enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and cross‑training in Custom

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Cash handling proficiency and POS experience
• Ability to engage customers and enroll them in loyalty programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
