• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions

• Educate customers on rewards program and enrollments
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain in-store recovery and stock, SISO and AD set duties
• Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates
