The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member for the Woodhaven, MI store. This part-time position focuses on delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience while assisting customers with product inquiries and service needs.

Responsibilities include helping unload trucks, stocking shelves, executing planograms, and engaging customers about rewards and credit programs. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Michaels requires team members to be at least sixteen years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain store recovery standards and merchandise condition.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Perform SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs.
