Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, guide them to products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

This part-time role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms, while supporting buy online pickup in store and ship from store processes. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep shelves stocked
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Maintain store recovery, planograms (POGs), and in-stock merchandise
• Execute cash handling to standards and promote the Rewards program
