Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience in a store setting.

You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting omnichannel processes and frame-related selling. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work nights/weekends as

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move about the store.
• Comfort with using POS systems and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
