Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member for our Temple store to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, courteous checkout.

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while supporting store recovery and brand standards. Daily duties include assisting with Framing products, guiding customers through rewards programs, and engaging in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
