Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in St. Louis, MO. You will help customers, stock merchandise, and perform cashier duties to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, store recovery, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes. This role requires standing for long periods, physical tasks, and flexibility with nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and navigate a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) tasks.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them when appropriate.
• Support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
