Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative in Tampa. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service and guiding customers through the rental process.

The position pays $20.00 per hour with a 40-hour per week schedule and multiple shift options. Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days per defined season and must take a 6-month break between seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Upsell optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations and rate questions via phone and email.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and maintenance notifications.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
