Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services to customers.
• Provide directions and local information to customers as needed.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; assist with callbacks and other communications.
